Question error while opening add/ remove software

hi
Two days ago I installed freshrpms package from freshrpms.net (for linux).Afer it when I open add/remove software application it shows
"Unable to retrieve sotftware information"
Unable to retrieve sotftware information. This could be caused by not having a network connection available.
Details -can not find a baseurl for rpo:freshrpms

I dont know what shoud I do now. Please help me.

are you able to browse the internet site, is there a firewall between you and real internet world?
