Unhappy error when installing VMWARE on Manrake 8.2


I get the following error when I try to install VMWARE on mandrake 8.2:

where does this error come up? do you have the kernel-sources correctly installed?

This happens when I run vmware-config.pl I installed the kernel headerfiles:
kernel-headers-2.4.18-25mdk.i586.rpm
