Cool error: sm-client: can not chdir(/var/spool/clientmqueue/): No such file or directory


hi,

I am running Fedora Core 2 and when I restart my sendmail. I get this error:
Anyone know what this error means?
sm-client: can not chdir(/var/spool/clientmqueue/): No such file or directory

I am not runnig any mail server. I do have one problem that I am not getting my logwatch emails to my yahoo inbox. When I check for sendmail rpm packages installed it says I have sendmail and sendmail-cf. Any help is apprecited

If you're running a recent release of sendmail, that directory needs to exist. Maybe you can modify it not to, but it's probably easier to create the directory, make sure the ownership is correct and see if that makes the problem go away. On my system it is set up as:
