Error installing "kwebget"

Hi
i have been trying to install kwebget for a while
the first error was

Code:

checking for X... configure: error: Can't find X includes. Please check your installation and add the correct paths!

so i installed xorg devel

then another error

Code:

configure: WARNING: libjpeg not found. disable JPEG support.
checking for Qt... configure: error: Qt (>= Qt 3.0.2) (headers and libraries) not found. Please check your installation!
For more details about this problem, look at the end of config.log.

so i installed qt devel

and now one more error

Code:

checking for KDE... configure: error:
in the prefix, you've chosen, are no KDE headers installed. This will fail.
So, check this please and use another prefix!

and i hope it is the last one
but now i don't know what to do
so i am asking you to help me

it's a long way down and no replies

i can't belive it 2 threads with no reply
no i am convinced that i am starting to work with this os
well i do not think i will post my next question then
