..ignoring the LQ Rules again, AND cross posting to another forum?? REALLY??? Your thread here gave you all the information you needed to install cacti. I do not know if you are just unable to understand things or what your problem is, but again, we will give you your options.
Call Red Hat Support..you ARE paying for it, and have a registered system. They can walk you through installation and fixing any issues you may have easily.
Fix your DNS issues...either point to the right internal server, or put an entry in /etc/hosts pointing to your repository.
Disable IPv6...again, this is extensively covered in the Red Hat documentation
Install Cacti from source; this takes a few minutes, and you were spoon-fed the documentation numerous times.
You need to choose ONE OPTION off the list above, do you understand this?
Finally, and this is MOST IMPORTANT:
CACTI IS NOT NOW, WAS NEVER, and probably NEVER WILL BE REAL TIME, DO YOU UNDERSTAND THIS??? It polls just like MRTG, which you were also unable to install, despite having very simple instructions.
From what I can see, the OP is stuck because they can't communicate clearly or follow instructions, same as before with their attempts to get MRTG running. From that very link the OP posted, they said "I extracted, but want instructions about the installation. There wasn't install or config"....posted on the Cacti forum....beneath the tab marked "Documentation".
There's little that can be done for someone in such situations.

thomazp, you were explicitly asked multiple times not to post duplicate threads on the same topic. After a private exchange between the two of us, you indicated that you understood and would not. This will serve as your final warning. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me offline.
Are you honestly asking the forum owner to email you, so you can explain why you broke the rules yet again? AFTER you were told to email HIM?? And can you explain why you're still unable to follow the instructions you've been given numerous times before??
Why is it that EVERY TIME something is suggested, you respond with a non-sequitur or give push back on it? Like calling Red Hat support with the lame excuse of "the error given is not related to Operational System."...when you're talking about a RHEL system, hooking up to a RHEL Satellite server, and giving you messages about rhn_register. Your responses don't match what people are suggesting, you're not taking things in order, and not even bothering to do anything that's asked.
