error compiling Kino


I wanna install Kino (http://kino.schirmacher.de/) to capture dv from a camcorder...but...

when I try to do "make" on Kino I get this error:

popt.h: No such file or directory

you either do not have popt installed or do not have popt-devel installed ( if your on an rpm distro)

thanks, i will try when i get home

I also just noticed that Kino in fact is included in my SuSE distro...so if this compiling from source thingy does not work out, i have a workaround
