error compile util-linux


Hello everyone

I receiving this error when compiling util-linux-2.12r.tar.gz

Code:

Do you have the kernel/glibc headers installed?

Missing package as said by @ gnashley , but you never told us,
which Linux, you are using ?

Like Redhat EL 5, Ubuntu 9.04 , Fedora 11 .
Please tell, every time a question is asked.
