Exclamation Equivalent Software for "PIC simulator IDE"

I am currently using "PIC simulator IDE" to test my PIC micro controller assembled .hex files in Windows. Is there any similar type of software in Linux or Windows where I can use it without license?

Yes.
The proprietary stuff is/was dreadful.

gputils, gpsim etc. There is at least simulator, assembler, pic programmer, and C language stuff. That is something google would have told you very quickly
