Epiphany 2.18 has evolved into a thing of beauty. Spellchecking requires myspell to be installed, and possibly libxul0d 1.8

Make sure you have the epiphany extensions installed. I haven't tried to change the search engine from Google, but you'll probably have to do it either in "about:config" or gconf-editor

Epiphany deserves a major discussion thread one of these days. I have really gotten to appreciate its unique handling of bookmarks.

I tried changing in prefs.js and in "about:config" to google.co.in as default search but it retains itself to google.com.hope some workaround available.
