Sorry it was changed but in the boot saying
INIT: cannot execute "/etc/init.d/rcS"
Entering runlevel: 5

then disabled for 5 minutes messages

I have checked /etc/init.d/ and there is no file with name rcS / rcs.

The following line worked,

si::sysinit:/etc/rc.d/rc.sysinit
