enabling mod_proxy_ajp

I've got an RPM installation of Apache (2.0.51). I want to enable mod_proxy_ajp module, but not sure if I can do that without recompiling Apache.

If I have to recompile Apache, is there an easy way to enable all the options that were compiled for the RPM version?

Thanks
