enableRollbacks option missing in up2date

I just installed the latest rhn_register and up2date-* off RH website for RH7.2.

When I run up2date --nox --configure, I dont see the option for enableRollbacks as my RH8 box does. The version of rpm I have installed is 4.0.3 which has that functionality. I checked the /etc/sysconfig/rhn/up2date file and do not see a enableRollbacks=0 value in there.

I was going to simply add that value in, but the top of the file reads "do not edit this file".

So my question is, how do I go about enabling the rollback option?

thanks!
