Question emumail setup in apache2

I have just installed emumail and i am not able to get it to work on my apache server.

I know that i need some <directory> stuff and some CGI stuff in my httpd.conf file but as you can see by my description that is all i know.

If someone knows of a sample.conf or has one that i can look at it would help lots.

Thanks,
