emule/edonkey port's problem....???

Hello everyone. I'm currently using a Linux machine as a router for my local network (which is running Debian 3.0), and I would like to know if anyone is able to provide instructions for opening up or forwarding the appropriate ports to so that eDonkey may function properly?
I am using iptables.

Currently my iptables script look like that.

iptables -t nat -A POSTROURTING -o ppp0 -j MASQUERADE.

what should i add more to make it working...?

Thanks in advance for any help!
