Email Software Question

Are there any email clients for Linux that will allow messages to be saved on the ISP mail server for a few days after being read?

Kmail for one you just have to check the option to leave the messages on the server when setting up the account, instead of using the normal behavior of deleting them once downloading has completed.

The best email server to run on your linux box? Or the best POP3 server to connect to check your email. The answer to the 2nd question is *any* POP3 server is identical to any other, pretty much, except for the authentication they require to log in and check mail.
