Email question - externally hosted mail server

I have an externally hosted mail server for my externally hosted domain that I can only access via pop3 to retrieve my mail. What I want to do is manipulate forwarding from one domain to another that I cannot do from within their mail server. I have Postfix and Courier (pop3) set up on my LAN for a different domain. Can I somehow access my OTHER domain hosted elsewhere via pop3 and then use my Postfix/Courier setup to manipulate fowarding locally???

Thank You!!

Maybe you could use fetchmail to fetch the second mailbox via pop3 and just place those messages inside the original mailbox. I've never tried it, but it should be possible if you are able to run scripts and set cron jobs on the server.
