elive/debian: Installed kernel headers and source, still make:65-error

Ok, now. I have recently installed Elive (Debian-based), and I can't avoid noticing it is lacking network drivers for Attansic L1 Gigabit ethernet card. I have downloaded source for it, but when I tried to compile I got an make:65-error.
I got help with that part, and installed the kernel-headers and kernel-source via .deb-packages.
That part went fine, but now I still get this make:65 error. =(

Feel free to ask for details. As long as I know what you want to know I'll get you to know it.

The OP is a bit outdated. I found the problem was that my headers was in another directory than the Makefile wanted. I added a line to that and it went fine a while.

Now it says like this. A searched a bit for it and it seemed like it was nothing to care about.
And, in /lib/modules/<kernel name>/kernel/drivers/net/<subfolder>/, there is a <filename>.ko, but that doesn't really seem to be enough.

Any ideas?

The atl1 driver is now part of the mainline kernel as of version 2.6.21. If you're using a kernel version older than 2.6.21, you can find a newer version of the L1 driver from the vendor at my ftp server:

ftp://ftp.hogchain.net/pub/linux/att....2.40.2.tar.gz
