elinks: error message: Sender missing and no global set, rejected

Hello,
After installing and configuring kannel, I try to send a sms message. I use the elinks command below to send a sms message :

elinks -dump "http://127.0.0.1:13013/cgi-bin/sendsms?username=test&password=test&to=23775747174&text=test de sms&dlr-mask=18"

I get the error message

Code:

Sender missing and no global set, rejected

May I have someone to help?
All my kannel configurations look like correct.

Hi,

This is not a elinks issue!
It is your use of Kannel that is questionable.

The error message points you directly to the problem.
To send an SMS Kannel ultimately needs a sender party (aka calling party or calling number).
Kannel complained to you that you did not provided him with any, and it could not find "default" one set; so it rejects the submission of the SMS.

Make sure to include the sender information within the URL, and/or review your Kannel configuration and make the required corrections.

Besides, there is very useful and active Kannel users mailing list at users@kannel.org.
I recommend you to expose your Kannel problem there, as they will have a better exposition for getting assistance and help.
