Question editing wine config file....

I'm using Red Hat 9.0
Just installed wine..
when i try to run any windows applications i get this error

[shantesh@RedHat9 IChat]$ wine ichat
Could not stat /home/shantesh/.wine/c (No such file or directory), ignoring drive C:
Invalid path L"c:\\windows" for L"windows" directory: does not exist.
Perhaps you have not properly edited your Wine configuration file (/home/shantesh/.wine/config)

I have only 1 harddisk which has foll OS's installed
hda1 ---> Windows XP Professional [C:\]
hda5 ---> Windows 98 Second Edition[D:\]
hda6 ---> Red Hat 9.0

my wine config file says

i have one idea as of now....under the Drive C section change the %HOME% to the actual path so for example:: /home/shantesh/.wine/c
i have seen numerous of occasions where %HOME% just wouldn't cut it and the whole path had to be typed....
you can remove Drive E and Drive Z and there contents, as first you won't need them and second you have no privledges on them directories, so you'll probably just get more errors and for Drive F change %HOME% to "${HOME}"
