Arrow ed2k:// links in kde3.2

Hello newbies and guru's,

How can you let konqueror handle unknown protocols? In this case I want to be able to click a ed2k:// link, that should take me to
Code:
admin@localhost:4080/submit?q=dllink+(clicked link here)
This will hopefully make mldonkey download a fresh batch of music or anatomy-study subjects

anybody any ideay how to do this, or workarounds?
