eclipse question

Hey all.

I trying to figure out how to run eclipse on slackware. I've dl'ed the 3.1M4, unpacked and added the plugins. The strange thing about it is, when the eclipse folder is placed on a fat32 partition, it runs as intended but when placed on a reiserfs partition, it doesn't... And yes, it's the same folder, just copied over. This is the error message:

Code:
org.osgi.framework.BundleException: Unable to find system bundle manifest file.

Any ideas?

Regards.
