Eclipse compiler (Java) won't make a new class (e.g.)
 

I just installed Eclipse, and for some reason, I don't have the option to make a new class, a new package, or a ton of other things. I also can't run a java program, and 'Run as' has no options. There are no examples, and no new project wizards. It's as though it doesn't have Java installed at all (but I have). I feel like I haven't installed all the packages. Here's everything I have installed that is eclipse related (plus their dependencies):
eclipse-cle
eclipse-ecj
eclipse-jdt
eclipse-mylynn
eclipse-platform
eclipse-rcp
eclipse-swt
How can I get this working? Thank you...
