E17 Menu Configuration Issues

Howdy All,

I am having a small issue with the menu configuration in my E17 (beta) build. In the menu options I have the "default menu" and the "system" menu. When I select the default menu it shows all my installed application sections (internet, video, graphics, ect.) but it does not list the preferences or administration menus (where gnome/kde/non-e17 tools are listed) and when I select system menu it shows the preferences and administration menus but not the default application menus! Any idea how I can get it to show both at once like the default menu in Gnome does?
