E:Malformed line 64 in source list /etc/apt/sources.list (URI parse) Help Please

Hi,
New to the World of Linux and have a little issue with the update notification.

After doing a Google search, and finding this seems to be common, and the majority of the searches brought me here, I have made my new account and hoping that someone may be able to point me in the direction I need to fix this.

I receive this error:
E:Malformed line 64 in source list /etc/apt/sources.list (URI parse)

I'm using Xubuntu 12.04.1 Lts

Code:
Code:
# deb cdrom:[Xubuntu 12.04.1 LTS _Precise Pangolin_ - Release amd64 (20120817.3)]/ dists/precise/main/binary-i386/

# deb cdrom:[Xubuntu 12.04.1 LTS _Precise Pangolin_ - Release amd64 (20120817.3)]/ dists/precise/multiverse/binary-i386/

Delete the last two lines, they are malformed and for the wrong version of your distribution.
