DVD:Rip doesn't create ifo files

I have Suse 9.1 personal, KDE 3.3, Dvd::rip and all the dependancies according to Yast2.

I recently ripped a DVD into a vob file. Now I want to open the file, and encode it using DVD:Rip. I start a new project, select to use my existing files, but it can't find the ifo files. The rips don't have anything but [NAME].vob. Am I forgetting something?

Is there another step to create ifos?

PS- If I open the vob as a project in DVD rip, everything freezes. What's with that?
