DVD Player
 

Just was setting up linux on my PC and was thinking of playing a DVD, well problem...

no player yet!

so what one is good to try out for fedora core 3?? I have 5.1 surround sound so I would like a good one. I go for powerDVD in windows.

The player I've had the best luck with is mplayer. Just google it quickly, and read the instructions. Shouldn't be too hard for you to set it up.

i'd suggest trying out both mplayer, and xine based players also ( If you want menu support, go with xine). vlc is another player, and ogle too.
