DVD-Burn software "Web interface"

Hey ...does anyone know about a webinterface software tool for my dvd writer...
"I know about all the other apps, I want a web-driven tool if available"

I saw somthing a few weeks ago where you would upload the files to be burned and then have the perl script on the web server burn the files for you. I can't find the program right now though.
