DVD Authoring Software Suggestion

Hello,
I am considering converting from Windows to Linux. My only concern is that I use Sony Vegas DVD Authoring, and it works very well. I was wondering if there is a equal to software for Linux? So ar I have not been able to find anything very powerful. Any help would be great and much appreicate. Really want to convert, but hung on this issue.

Thanks JR

K3b is probably one of the most popular Linux apps, but not sure it'll do what you want. I just use the command-line or Graveman if I want a GUI. Maybe some others will chime in with some suggestions.

There's a KDE app, KDE DVD Authoring Wizard at http://www.kde-apps.org/content/show.php?content=27528

I'm using DVD Styler. I can't get the kde app working due to dependancy issues, but dvd styler works alright.

The question is what are you looking for feature-wise and what have you tried?

I haven't used it, but it is supposed to be pretty powerful. You can also try kino for dv capture and video editing.

Kino is excellent for capturing and editing. I use Tovid for all my DVD creation, it will create a DVD out of just about any video format available.
