Needed one myself,
found DupeFinder and FSlint.
DupeFinder runs under the Python interpreter, so you have to install Python first, but it runs like any other program. It is very basic, but has the most needed basic features.

FSlint has got some other features as well, but is still vary basic when it comes to removing dupes.

It would not recognize the Java I have, so I installed the rpm with -allow_nodepend, and then it ran fine
:D
