dual monitor setup

I'm trying to setup dual monitor using suse 10.1, I had it setup in the past, but was forced to reinstall when my HD died. Unfortunatly I can't remember how I got it all working, each card/monitor pair does work on its own, but when I try to combine them everything freezes. I used X -configure and am trying to use that xorg.conf but during the initialization of kde everything freezes. Here is the X.err
