If you make a new install from SUSE it will have only 2 entries - SUSE and windows (if there is no windows) you have only the last install.
Look at the place where your other OS is installed, find the GRUB config file Look in what way it is calling the OS.
Make this entry in the new Grub config file and you have 2 entries. Peace of cake
