dual boot and email client

I am dual booting Linux Mandrake 9 and windows XP. The only reason I'm using XP is for the family, but if I can come up with a good email client it would be great. Anyways, does anyone know of a good email client that I could use in both Linux and Windows, and use the same archive files for both (on the drive that they can both see)?

Thanks,

Dave

I guess the short answer is no.

I use Mozilla Mail, which is identical on both Windows and Linux, and since I have an IMAP mailbox, all the messages are stored on the server anyway.

If you have POP mail, a similar effect could be achieved by configuring the mail client to leave all the messages on the server, but you'd still have separate dirs for things like sent items, etc.
