I want to freely download and install
sybase-openclient-11.1.1.3 either source or rpm package
sybase-common-11.9.2-3.i386 either source or rpm package
Sybase Adaptive Server Enterprise versions 11.9.2 or 11.0.3.3 for Linux.
I searched a lot but didn't get it, please anybody
provide me a valid url to download these packages.

Must not have searched too hard...Sybase is a commercial product, with evaluations available. You go to the Sybase website. Click Products. Pick what you want, and click the DOWNLOAD button.

Ok...the important parts are that Sybase is a COMMERCIAL (that means you have to pay for it), product. If you've purchased Sybase, you can access their knowledgebase and tech support. They can get you what you need.
If you have NOT paid for Sybase, then you're asking for us to give you a commercial product, for free...and this isn't the site for it.
