Not exactly a "manager" but where would 'wget --limit-rate=1k' fail?

Wget has resume as well and is way easier on resources and dependencies than any UI-based app will be.

The answer is written on the web page. It is no longer being developed and is obsolete.

You could keep looking for actively maintained program that fits your needs, or you could write a program yourself...

Hello,

You could try this one which has the combination of both worlds: wget with a GUI to provide you ease of use:
wGetGUI

Kind regards,

Eric

Hi,

Sorry, jumped to conclusions without even reading the title.
Here are two for Linux:

Kind regards,

d4x is available in CentOS if you enable the 'epel' repo

(d4x-2.5.7.1-8.el5.i386.rpm)

I have it installed; it has alot of features and is stable for me.
