Download Manager

dear all,

i've recently used FC4 for FTP server and needed CLI download manager, that can be used remotely and ability to put downloaded program in hierarchy.
I've recently using wget, but it has a weekness which can flood the bandwidth and crashing server if anyone use it at the sametime.

thx, Vino Ardian

what do you mean by flooding the bandwidth and crashing the server? an ftp client should never be able to crash an ftp server (can you imagine a browser crashing a http server? =P) are you looking for bandwidth limiting capabilities? if so, have a look at the "--limit-rate" parameter of wget (man wget). Please be more specific.
