Does an ACL Reporting Application Exist?

I'm looking for an tool/application that will report ACL information on Samba files and folders on SUSE Linux. So far I've only been able to find applications that will aid in setting them, not actually report them. I need something that is easy to understand for non-computer users, something more than just rwx. Do any of you folks have any ideas or experiences using such an application?

Yes, I'm familiar and use getfacl quite often, but I need a tool that will generate a full report, prefereably in a pdf format that can be reviewed by others for the correct permissions.
