Displaying Time Zone

Hello all,

I have a linux box that has no gui, yast etc, just command prompt.

How can I display the time zone the system is configured for (eg- Toronto/Eastern, etc etc)

Thanks

You can issue that command with anything though (America Toronto, America Montreal, etc and it will output what the time would be if configured to that timezone.

I'm looking for the timezone that's connected to /etc/localtime (current timezone configuration)

UPDATE: I figured it out with the timeconfig command. thx
