disable AccessX shortcuts

is there a way to (semi-)permanently DISABLE accessX shortcuts? I find it annoying to have to get rid of the warning window whenever I happen to press a key combination that is a shortcut for some accessibility option. even m$ knows that such shortcuts should be possible to disable. If I cannot disable them, maybe change the combination so something I would never press (like ctrl+scroll lock five times in 10 seconds)

system: mandriva2006 with kde-3.5.3.
