Difference Comparator GUI

I just recently was handed a project that requires a lot of comparing of C++ code files. Currently we are using a simple text difference comparator that comes with CVS. However, everyone here uses a linux system and would love it if there was a GUI difference/comparator that is simlar to WinDiff, only for Linux and open source. If anyone knows of such a program please let me know. Thanks.

You might want to check into XFce. It is actually a desktop environment but it came with a little program called XFdiff that did exactly what you want. (I think) you may be able to grab it separately or extract it out of an RPM or something. It is simple, but works well.

Hope this helps,

PhilD
