GraemeK Member Registered: Aug 2003 Location: Essex, UK Distribution: Windoze 2000, Fedora Core 3 Posts: 325 Rep:	differances between mysql 3 and 4 Hi i've got redhat 9 with mysql 3.x i'm about to start learning mysql and php and wanted to know if the differances between the versions were so different its worth me upgrading the rpm now? also if i remove mysql 3.x and install mysql 4.x will it just work? or will i have to amend files? cheers
