Dialer

I am using kpp as my dialer.
It lacks a feature of the dialer on my windows machine the I find useful, that is, when a phone call comes in, it pops up a dialog to that states that there is an incoming call, would I like to disconnect?

Can I configure kpp to do this?
Failing that, is there another linux dialer available?

You can pick up a "Catch a Call " box at Wal-mart that plugs in to your phone line, then it has a plug for your modem, phone and fax. Then when your online and somebody calls, the "Catch a Call" box rings and you can pick up the phone and talk to whoever it is or not. When your hang up it connects you back to the net. It cost me $40 bucks but works great. I think Emerson makes one to but I dont know what its called or how much it cost.
