Diablo II under Wine, no sound

Hey all,
I finally got wine working and Diablo II running however, I have no sound when playing. I recieve the following non-fatal errors when starting the game.

Code:
err:wave:DSDB_MapBuffer Could not map sound device for direct access (Input/output error)
err:wave:DSDB_MapBuffer Use: "HardwareAcceleration" = "Emulation" in the [dsound] section of your config file.
Thanks for any help! :D

Look at yu wine config file for the entry
[dsound] and see if there is defined this entry
"HardwareAcceleration" = "Emulation"

Thats the sections of my config file that are directly related to sound

[WinMM]
;swith these accordingly
;"Drivers" = "wineoss.drv"
"Drivers" = "winealsa.drv"
"WaveMapper" = "msacm.drv"
"MidiMapper" = "midimap.drv"

#[dsound]
"HardwareAcceleration" = "Emulation"
"DefaultPlayback" = "0"

I play Warcraft 3 and WoW-v1.2.4 with these settings and altough the sound is not perfect and has some glitches the games are more playable than ith no sound at all!!

Good Luck
