Desktop and themes


IM using kde and while i am quite newbie, i just wondered can i have different themes and backgrounds for every "virtual desktop" . And in case yes its possible where i can control it uses different themes cause now when i switch to 1 > 2 all icons and background is same

Well you can certainly have different wallpapers on the different desktops but I'm not sure about themes. Right click on the desktop and go into Configure Desktop. Theres a button that says something like Mulitple Wallpers or something like that. There you can set different backgrounds for each desktop.
