Desktop and Boot configuration

I just installed Mandrake 9.2. How do I change between KDE and Gnome. I am using Gnome now and I want to switch to KDE. Also How do I configure the Boot manager. I have a list of things I don't really want on it. All I need is about three things out of six.

I forgot, I am also trying to install flash player 6 to work with Netscape. I have down loaded it and I tried clicking on it to install but nothing happens. I have netscape installed in a different directory, it is not installed in /usr/local/netscape it is installed in my home folder. With the computer I have redhat installed on it netscape loaded Falsh automatically.

Post :)

You can change between interfaces by hitting log out button on the "start menu", and relogin with the KDE or Gnome interface...you can choose from the dropdown under the password box...
You can change you boot info.. from the Mandrake Control Center situated on your Quick Launch bar.... right next to K-mail (i think) ...
You can install the flash plugin by copying the files into your /plugin directory in the Netscape dir... (only i think it's only one file )..

Ok, I am kicking myself over the KDE and Gnome question, lol. I completely missed that when I booted.

I looked at the plugins folder in netscape. Flashplayer.xpt was already there. I replaced anyways and it is still telling me I need to download flash player. What am I doing wrong?
