Desactivate Window Border..

Hi.. i'm using Gnome, and i have a software which use a resolution of 1024x768 (the same resolution of my screen), but Gnome add a little border to all windows, with the name of the application on top, so i can't see the bottom line of the window (and i can't neither move up the windows nor resize it)

There are a command to deactivate the border in a particular window?

Thanks.
