Deleting games from red hat 8


I am trying to delete games from red hat 8 in the root user. when i delete the games from the kmenu and go into the user login, the user still has the games. then when I go back to the root user the games are back in the kmenu. How would i delete this?

You must uninstall them. Go to the package manager (Add/Remove Programs or Applications) - I don't recall the exact name. Then simply remove the Gnome Games package and the KDE Games package.

Also you can run:
# rpm -qa | grep game

Then remove them:
# rpm -e name_of_package

After uninstalling, you can remove them from the Kmenu.

I'm not entirely sure what 'kmenu' is. I am assuming the KDE menu, if that is the case then uninstalling any packages should automatically removing them from any menus.
