deleted, formated, lost . Linux to the rescue!


Is there software or a live cd that comes with software to scan a drive for lost files after a format and install. What filesystems does it support.

How about you tell us what you lost on what kind
of filesystem, and we can tell you what tools to look
for in a live-CD?

On pretty much any file-system, too? Like QNX,
Irix and BSDs native file-systems? Macintosh volumes?
Novell?
