Question Default File Access Privileges..!

Dear Friends,

I want to give 777 access to many of my users in my linux box. When any one creates any file, by default I want the owner of the file to be "user" and group to be "office" with access privileges 777 to it. Please let me know how I can do this.

I am thankful for your help.
