Decent bandwidth monitor

Can anyone recommend a decent tbandwith monitor, something similar to DU-Meter for windows. Nothing fancy, just a gui that indicates current ul and dl, and maybe MB's uploaded and downloaded...

I use gkrellm for this purpose.
