Unhappy Debian Squeeze(6.0.2) First Boot Kernel panic.

Hey everyone

I just installed Debian 6.0.2 on my system and at the first boot, it has started to give me Kernel Panics.
It freezes at
"[183.763684] End Trace"

Then after sometime

"Kernel Panic - Attempting to kill init!"

Same things happen when I boot into live DVD.

HELP!

What hardware are you installing on? Can you post a link to the live DVD and install media you used?

Unhappy

Link: "http://hammurabi.acc.umu.se/debian-cd/current-live/amd64/iso-hybrid/debian-live-6.0.2-amd64-kde-desktop.iso"[1.0 GB] The MD5 is Matching so a good downlaod.

Install Media: DVD

Hardware: Pentium 4(Hyper Threading) 3.06 GHz, 2 GB DDR3 RAM, Intel X4500 Graphics, Intel G41 Chipset, Intel ICH7, Asrock G41C-VS MotherBoard.

Additional Comments: The Processor is x86_64 enabled. I ran Windows 7(x64) and openSUSE(x64) just fine. Graphics Processor is fine as it can run Ubuntu Unity 3D and GNOME 3 in standard mode.

I tried many distros like Ubuntu 11.04, Fedora 15 and openSUSE 11.4 and my experience has been very good. I just wanted to try Debian(and KDE Plasma) but this is stopping me. I tried the arguments like noacpi nosplash nosmp nomodeset in GRUB2 Menu but still Kernel Panic!

HELP!

Maybe try Wheezy (testing branch). Squeeze (6.0) has a 2.6.32 kernel. Wheezy has 3.0. It may just be hardware support in the default kernel. Here's a link to the netinstall image. You can get a KDE desktop by passing the desktop=kde parameter at the boot prompt.
